OUR SERVICE RATES

On-Site Service - $120 per Hour - 1 hour minimum - 15 minute increments thereafter.
In-Shop Service - $120 per Hour - 1/2 hour minimum - 15 minute increments thereafter - Keyboard Time*.
Remote Support Service - $120 per Hour - 1/2 hour minimum - 15 minute increments thereafter.
Emergency On-Site Service - $250 per Hour - 2 hour minimum - 30 minute increments thereafter - available 24/7 for existing business clients.

*Keyboard Time - The time that the technician spends personally attending your computer.

Our professional service technicians are able to visit your home or office with the tools necessary to get your computer up and running again. Our travel rates are as follows:

Travel Time for All Service Areas - Half of the hourly billable rate from our office to your door.
